Erin E. Dearie is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans.  Ms. Dearie received her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1999 and her masters in tax law from the University of Washington at Seattle in 2002.  She is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  The primary focus of Ms. Dearie’s practice at Gardner and Kewley is commercial transactions, bid protests, commercial and construction litigation, and estate planning and administration.  Ms. Dearie also has extensive experience in community (condominium) association law, estate planning and trust company law.  

Ms. Dearie is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  She is an active volunteer and medical advocate with the YWCA of New Orleans and with her parish church.
